This hotel is located right in the center of the city, in the pedestrian area of the main street. It offers a prime location for exploring the vibrant atmosphere of the city. We were delighted with our standard double room at Hotel Palais26. It was equipped with all the amenities we needed, such as a private safe, multi-channel TV, and a writing table. Additionally, the convenience of having on-site parking made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the highlights of our experience was dining at the restaurant Charles im Palais, which was a pleasant surprise.

Very nice breakfast buffet, very nice. Very very nice staff (!) and a top location. As for equipment, very tastefully furnished. We will be very happy to come back. Also the food in the restaurant in the evening was very good. My mother had birthday and got a piece of cake with candle, very nice.

Actually, everything was very, very good. The only thing, a few more hangers could have been, but that's negligible.

This hotel is located directly in the center of Villach, on a pedestrian street with lots of shops. The staff are warm and friendly, providing excellent service. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with a small overhanging window and a tiny bathroom. I especially loved the rooms with enormous outdoor terraces, offering superb views. The breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious, with a wide variety of options.

All was well, but the internet connection could be improved.

Nice hotel, rooms are not too big but cosy, perfectly located.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, making it a great starting point for shopping or river trips.

With the exception of one minor detail, everything was satisfactory.

My family and I loved this hotel!! The building itself is beautiful inside and out, the triple room we stayed in was very spacious with chairs, coffee table, a sofa, dresser, a desk, a chandelier(!), etc., and a bathtub, the front desk staff is very friendly, the hotel is very close to the hauptbahnhof (10 min walk), the breakfast here is superb (it offers much more than the typical Austrian breakfast), and the restaurant on the ground floor is a wonderful place that serves delicious food with beautiful presentations. Using Booked.net, we were able to book this hotel at a much lower rate that its original price.

It is a charming hotel right in the center of the city. The front door opens right onto the walking streets.

Unfortunately, the staff was inattentive and some individuals seemed rather rude.
